The Kusug Panaghiusa Coalition is a political alliance in Cebu City, Philippines, formed by the merger of two local political groups: Kugi Uswag Sugbo (KUSUG) and Partido Panaghiusa. This coalition aims to unify their political efforts in the city. Key Members and Leadership:

• Raymond Alvin Garcia: Serving as mayor of Cebu City, Garcia is the mayoral candidate for the coalition in the upcoming 2025 midterm elections.

• Joey Daluz III: Former chairman of the Metro Cebu Water District (MCWD), Daluz is the vice mayoral candidate for the coalition.

• Kugi Uswag Sugbo (KUSUG): A local political party in Cebu City, KUSUG has been active in city politics and has previously formed alliances with other political groups.

• Partido Panaghiusa: Founded by Nenita Cortes-Daluz, Partido Panaghiusa is a local political party in Cebu City. It was revived in March 2021 by her son, former Cebu City Councilor Jose Daluz III, who currently serves as its party leader.
